Anthology #45 -Teaching and Assessing Language Proficiency |
This anthology contains a selection of 14 papers presented at the 38th SEAMEO RELC International Seminar on “Teaching and Assessing Language Proficiency” held 3-5 November 2003. The papers varied in their focus and approach, but each reflects in some way the three aims of the Seminar, which were to: 1) examine changes in approaches to language teaching, 2) examine current approaches to language attachment, and 3) assess the implications of these for classroom practices.
